Problem Note 63496: Uploading files in parallel fails with an error similar to "ERROR: A lock is not available..." when you use REST calls
Uploading multiple files via REST calls in SAS® Infrastructure for Risk Management 3.5 fails with the following type of error:
ERROR com.sas.solutions.risk.irm.server.taskexec.MvaTaskRunnable - ERROR: A lock is not available for IRM_CFG.BYN_CONFIGURATION.DATA.
